Unbelievable value for the price? Excellent quality with a vast variety of programs to watch, from live TV, to Movies and Series. Been a customer for just over a year now and my favorite aspect is the ability to watch sporting events which are not usually shown in your market. Only issue I have had is some buffering with a few channels..... however the issue may just be my own internet?

Like IP services there are times buffering is an issue; however, customer service is quick to reply to trouble tickets, and interruptions are minimal. This is my third year and the service improves annually.

I have had this service for over a year and have kept it because it WORKS! In a year the only service ticket I put in was to get an M3u list to use on Tivimate, that's it. Great value and reliabity

This is a premium service for a bargain price. Any problems are resolved in minutes. I love the amount of backup channels there are for the sports events. I took out a 1 year subscription after the free trial. Superb service.

Unbelievable value! I've been a subscriber coming up on two years and my wife has never been happier with all the selection of channels she has to choose from. The service is fantastic and very reliable, we couldn't ask for anything else. My only two complaints are not being able to renew with a CC and second I have a subscription on my mobile device and if I'm not connected to WiFi the signal has constant lag and it keeps stopping and starting which get old really fast! Maybe they can create some type of buffer to eliminate the constant lag. Other then that, outstanding!!

The content their service has is great and they also have a ton of movies, tv shows and documentaries to go through if you can't find something good on tv. Buffering is an issue sometimes, but customer support is great. Their response time, when you open a ticket, is very quick. This makes a great gift for family members who don't have cable!
